1、 Overview
The gas ultrasonic flowmeter is produced using advanced German technology, and its key components are imported with original equipment, which has the characteristics of high reliability, stable performance, and long service life. It is a new type of precision measuring instrument with high precision and reliability. It can be widely used for gas flow measurement in industries such as urban gas, petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, etc.
The gas ultrasonic flowmeter adopts a multi-channel design, which can eliminate the influence of eddy currents and asymmetric flows. The multi-channel adds redundant backup channels to improve the reliability of the system. Compliant with international standard ISO 17089, American standard A.G.A. Report No.9, and Chinese standard GB/T 18604-2014.
The product complies with the standards of GB3836.1-2010 "Explosive Atmosphere Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment" and GB3836.4-2010 "Explosive Atmosphere Part 4: Equipment Protected by Intrinsic Safety Type" i "". The explosion-proof mark is Ex ib Ⅱ BT4 Gb, suitable for Zone 0, Zone 1 or Zone 2, and applicable to flammable gases or vapors with Class IIB, T1~T4 groups and airIn the environment of explosive mixtures formed.

3、 Working principle
The gas ultrasonic flowmeter is based on the principle of measuring the relationship between the propagation time of sound waves in a flowing medium and the flow rate. It is generally believed that the actual propagation speed of sound waves in a fluid is composed of the components of the propagation speed of sound waves in the static state of the medium (Cf) and the average axial flow velocity of the fluid (Vm) in the direction of sound wave propagation. As shown in Figure 1, the relationship between the propagation time of forward and backward flow and each quantity is:
